We are all dying. but If i only had a few months or whatever left.
I would leave my Baby Daughter tapes and movies about things I would want her to know.
Like how to Love others. how to Love yourself ( have a hard time with that one ) I would tell her that her Mother Loved her with all her heart and did the best Job she could. and I would let her know even if i had passed away. I will always be there for her. all she had to do was call my name.

Life is a terminal disease. We are all dying. We're just at various points of reaching that ultimate climax. Death, in and of itself is a part of life. That being the case...
Why would you wait until you had confirmation of your end date before offering your personal wisdom about life? Why not share it at every opportunity? You never know who you may touch with your words or how you might positively impact their life's journey.
I like the ancient Greek idea of, "everything in moderation." Meaning, all that is present in life is worth enjoying as long as you do it moderately. It's only when you take things beyond a moderate level that you court problems like addiction. So enjoy life and everything it has to offer but be aware. Be awake. Don't let anything in life become something that ends up controlling you. That way, everything you touch will be a source of joy.

good question if i left advice i think it'd be something like. dont hold grudges, life is to short to stay mad at those you love. and dont be a follower of religion, make up your own mind and research for yourself. dont believe everything your told.
