You would instead say Bush is a ridiculous president.

While not in everyday speech, when the moment comes up to use "savvy", I refuse to because of the disgusting over-usage fangirls did because of the film "Pirates of the Caribbean".

Nothing a rapper does, or movie reference, would affect me in the slightest. I do my own thinking. Besides rappers and contemporary screenwriters aren't known for their wide vocabulary.
I would say Bush is a megalomaniacal and dangerous president.

I don't think it would bother me, I don't think about it like that, I'd just use whatever language was appropriate for what I was saying.
