The choice is yours, JUST REMEMBER, you cannot reattach it!
For me, that is a big decision..
good luck

Get it straightened and then cut it to mid back. My ex-wife had curly hair, then she did that Japanese hair straightening thing, the Yuko system or something like that, and now she goes for a year's time with straight hair before getting it touched up. Almost always, straight hair looks better.

I have been struggling with the same question. My hair seems to be as long as yours by your description. I have decided to keep it long. You can do so many things with it and its fun. Long curly hair is in now but its always looks nice straightened too. We have it good... we can do both very easily. You can get it shorted and have slight layers put in to give it the image of being longer.... getting split ends cut off is always a good idea! Hope this helped!!

I would keep it long, but trimmed. I have pin straight hair and use curlers everyday to achieve the beauty of curly hair, you are so lucky. I wish my hair was long and curly like yours. If you are tired of your hair, go get it styled. You can get it cut and still have long hair, they can just style it different, like add layers or bangs.

Take my advice and don't cut it unless you plan on straightening it every day(which does a ton of damage), long curly hair looks very pretty...short curly hair makes a girl look like she has a brillo pad on her head

You should cut 10" or more (thats not much because you are allowed to pull curly straight) and donate it to locks of love for underprivledged kids with diseases that cause hair loss. The hair goes to make wigs for them.

NO NO NO dont cut it... I did just a month ago. I didn't even take thgat much off but I still hate it and regret cutting it! I know it can be boring to have it longer and its difficult to manage and always looks the same but if you want to look different longer bangs is the way to go, just wear them to the side!!

I wouldnt. Im sure it's beautiful. Mine is just like yours. I straighten it a lot because it's easier to handle that way. When curly though , its pretty too. We're lucky! I wouldnt cut it. I did last year and I regret it. It took me over a year to grow back.

I even have an analogous concern as quickly as I improve my hair out...its the worst. The shrink that works maximum suitable for me is a shoulder length shrink...slightly layered and its angled interior the front (to furnish it slightly type). It does not substitute how I type my hair the two (in basic terms some styling product and my frizz-ease hair spray). in case you prefer to maintain your hair long it is truly helpful to purpose scrunching your hair jointly as your head is flipped the different way up that way it may no longer lay so flat on the astonishing. it truly is how i take advantage of my hair spray (I turn my head the different way up and spray so the curls set bouncy and not flat).

No, it's extremely sexy to guys. If you ask any guy they will tell you that long hair is way nicer then short hair. Short hair is nice if you are older...if you want to do something with your hair i would recomend cutting it medium length and layering it or something..maybe getting some bangs..or some highlights..don't make a drastic cut to it though.
