Adult literacy, child mentoring and tutoring and the like. I'm in Crestview, FL. Any suggestions?

The most rewarding volunteer work like this is giving your time to the very old or the very young.. the ones in the middle usually bring more problems than rewards.

What about your local humane society?? They are always desperate for help! It's great, because you get to help with animals AND people. It is very rewarding to get to know people and the animals and then help match them up!

Call your local school district administration office. They should have a contact for you and I am sure you will be very welcome!
