im 5'9 and 130lbs.ive been skinny my whole life.im just 18.i try to eat alot..sometimes i even force myself to eat,stuffing it all in hoping to gain weight.

First of all, do NOT force yourself to eat. All this will do is make you feel nauseous.

Second, ma'am, you have a problem that many girls would love to have. Here's my advice: Eat a very healthy diet, and exercise. Make sure you eat enough meats(protein) and Carbs (bread, rice).

Here's one other thing you don't want to do:
Don't stuff yourself with high fat, and high sugar foods. You'll gain that weight, but in very unwanted places. IE your stomach, thighs, ankles, ect. Do you want rolls? I don't think so.

But above all, just have that healthy diet and exercise. It sounds like you have a high metabolism, and that will probably slow down as you age. If you get into bad eating habits now, when your metabolism isn't as high you'll gain /too/ much weight.

Lift heavy weights eat lots of protein, dont gain fat thats the stupidest thing ive heard

Little debbies, sweets and sugars turn into carbs that turn into fat. Wouldn't be healther to have muscle instead of fat? Gosh, I have the opposite problem. I am diabetic and I find that the more sugars and sweets that I eat the more I crave-the fatter I get. Good luck sweetie

Eat lots of protein, meat,chicken and lift weights.
Try some weight gain shakes or creatine. Worked for me.

a piece of cake .. just keep eating ..eat high calorie yeilding food like butter jam bread rice macarony ...keep eating & force urself to
