I guess it would depend on if India's courts will uphold the order from the court where it was ordered. It has absolutely nothing to do with the heredity of the father or the child, so don't know why you mentioned that.

If the guy doesn't want the DNA test, he must be sure the child is his. And, if that is the case, then he should stand up and be a father, or at the very least, be man enough to support what he helped create. That's what unprotected sex gets ya'

I don't believe that any court can compel him to cooperate in a paternity test while he continues to live in India. He is, in simple terms, beyond the reach of a court in England and Wales for these purposes.

i'm not sure about the laws in England, but if there is a paturnity test order in the US, you are responsible for any child support fees that may have incurred regardless if you are in the country or not. And you will be arrested as soon as you come back to the country so they can test you if you chose to deny parantage.

if you have the mans hair brush or toothbrush then there are places on the internet that will do the test for you,you have to do a swab os the childs mouth or hair for the test .it is not cheap but you will have a answer.
