If you are a man, and 5 ft 7 in, that's a good height to be:). Unless you intend to play basketball there isn't any real reason to be super tall.

I know you'll say, "there are those who want to be thinner/fatter; some want to change the complexion of their skin, color of their eyes, etc", but you put God in this so I have to defend Him.

dont worry about your height i am 12 yrs old and i am 55 i wanna get taller but my only suggestion is high heels

hang upside down by ur feet for 90 minutes a day

You cannot change genetics. I'm sorry but there it is. No pill, no energy drink, and no herb can do this. You will be as tall as your DNA says you will be.
