i would say yes you can ask him or u dont have to "ask " him out just say o we should do something somtime n he may get a hint but if not then wait about a week and ask him if he wants to go movies or somthing

oh no~!! u tell him if hats the onlii reason he's doin that 4 u, then tell him u can get a trip from somebody or make ur way 2 ur trip spot sum otha way. yet thats my 2 cents, if u get down like that then do wat u do. yet dont enable human beings do stuff 4 u in the event that they want u 2 owe the or want sumthin n return stable success
