Hm lets see, two slices of bread is usually about 80 calories, ham is about 100, a slice of cheese is 100 and mustard is calorie free. 280 calories-300 depending on the type of bread used not a very good choice if your on a diet. but not too too bad calorie content is listed on all the foods just add it up.

well check the amount of calories in the bread, margarine and then the ham you are using. Add the amount of calories together. You have the answer.

Depends on where you get it. If you make it yourself, you can put as much as you want or as much less as you want. You just got to keep an eye out.
