grant for what? if you have financial restraints, you could talk to the aounty social worker. If you are interested in free experimental treatment, then you could search for Crohn's centers, eg mayo clinic or cleveland clinic etc, good luck

What do you need a grant for? If it is because you don't have medical coverage, then inquire about experimental procedures that are being done in places where research is being done (Mayo Clinic, Houston hospitals etc.)
If you are looking for more standard treatments, contact a gasteroenterologist that specializes in Crohn's. There are some of them around at other universities.
