i would use Nell McAndrew, Maxium Impact, that is one of the best i have used as it really sheds weight and tones. i lost 3 stone and have toned up too. i got in in asda but ebay or amazon should be good too! it has a good tummy and arm work out and is good for building stamina. warming up and cooling down too. good luck!

i did the Davina one and loved it! and that's rich coming from me cos i hate exercise!
there are three different workouts, traditional, cardiobox and core body or something (balance and stuff) and i really enjoyed it all but then got told i couldn't do impact workouts and had to give up :(

no, not really... i haven't found any anyway. the best thing is either 2do it with a friend (if you're trying something like cycling or jogging) but its better to partner up with someone who is at your level...
