I agree with what everyone else has written: cancer is not contagious. Now, with that in mind there is a loop-hole to that rule. HPV (human papillomavirus) which is contagious, can cause certain types of cervical cancer in women. So, in this case, the actual cancer itself is not contagious. HPV is a very common STD that is easily transmitted.

No, absolutely not.
Cancer is not a contagious disease, and cannot be caught by saliva. Theoretically, there could be a small chance that a cancer cell would be transmitted by blood transfusion, but as it would not be part of your body, your immune system would destroy it as a foreign cell.
Cancer arises from within your own cells, and you cannot 'catch' it.

Cancer is NOT spreadable person to person, some say it's genetic, and some say it has to do with environment... but either way NOT by kissing. You may have strep throat... go get tested... hope you don't have a bad gag reflex because they stick a long q-tip in your throat to check it.

I really don't know what all you have been reading on the internet, but Cancer is not a communicable disease. It is not contracted from another person.
