Muslim women cover the body because Quran recommends to do so, yes it is possible but the guy will prefer and try to convert you to Islam if possible. peace

The wives of the prophet (pbuh) covered and then this was given to all the women. You don't have to cover in front of your husband but you do have to cover in public. This is to protect you from unwanted attention and to be taken seriously as a person with intellect and not solely for sexual relations.
A muslim man would most likely want to be with and marry a muslim woman. If this muslim is with you, you may want to examine his motives. (perhaps he will want to convert you or perhaps you are someone he's passing time with until he finds a muslim woman to marry). Unfortunatley, that happens.

Quran recommends (doesnt mandate) for women to cover up and it's really up to the guy u marry...some guys are fanatics about that and other are liberal. Quran tells both men and women to dress modestly.
