Consciously try to correct your posture. be aware of how you are sitting/standing, and if you notice you're slouching, straighten up. I agree that yoga can really help you. It strengthens some of the small muscles that usually get overlooked, and those muscles help with posture.

Exercise to strengthen the muscles involved, no matter what sort of system you try. Also, the old method of balancing a book on your head still works. Do as often as you can. Don't forget when you're at the computer--my posture started to deteriorate when I got one.
