The election here is coming up and we're going to be voting on whether we want to make human cloning legal here. I was just wondering: Are you for or against human cloning? I'm against it. I think every individual is their own unique being and if we start cloning then that uniqueness goes down the drain. What about you? For or against?

I'm against it. Dolly only lasted about 6 years I think. Why have a clone of your child if he/she has only 6 years to live? I think that's God's department.

It really doesn't matter because it's only science fiction to think that we are close enough to cloning a human that it is possible or likely to happen. It won't happen for the next 20 years anyway...if ever. So it's a moot point.

well...of course i'm against it.....what on earth someone want 2 cloning others when we already had a lot of trouble with normal peoples? in addition, i thinks this is totally out of norms.....god have created each of us with an unique symbols....n why we want 2 change it? i think cloning will just worsen the social problems.....

I am in favor. There are lots of problems but these could be overcome with more research which could reveal a lot of useful medical information. If there were a reliable method of cloning there would be no more loss of identity than with identical twins who are naturally occurring clones.

Against it. Everything that man has "cloned" has had some problem (mostly in the area of fast aging process). God never told man to create man out of anything. He told man to marry and have children.

I am very much against it because God is the one who blesses you with life not a machine. I think a lot of people are looking over that fact.
