You can't. You can't help who you love, or who you fall for. If it's just a crush, it may not be worth losing a friendship over. There are many many many many many fish in the sea. No need for sloppy seconds from you friends. Eww!

sounds to me that they like each other...why ruin there happiness? Find another crush, there are many more crushes to have. He wasn't your first crush nor your last. Be happy for them
