There is a dental pic you can buy at wal-mart that can pick out the gum but chew a gum like freedent that is made of people with dentures if not chew a new piece of gum every hour instead of one piece for 3hours.
then go to the dentist bout the gaps they have a new king of filling that isnt only for cavities but gaps or hloes there is no drilling or needles of any kind they just blow a white powder on your tooth then put two different liquids on the powder and harden the powder an liquid with an ultra vioet light it takes 5mins top to have this done and plus you can eat right after its done so its great to have done on your lunch break during busy days of the week and you have to work

Friend, these holes in your molars (wisdom teeth are the names of the one in the very back) are called cavities. If you have holes in your gums then you've had abcesses that have ruptured at some point. It is imperative for your good health to see a good dentist as soon as possible. He/She is the only one who can adequately clean out these holes, head off any infection that might be there and fill in those gaps. Sounds like you're looking at root canals and the sooner you take care of this and get the caps/crowns put on, the sooner you can chew your food without discomfort, not worry about getting gum or other food in those places and just feel better about your teeth in general. In the meantime...not chewing the gum would be very advisable. At least until you get professional advice from your dentist. Good luck.

Eat chewing gum made for dentures like Freedent gum. It doesn't get stuck in your teeth. You should think about going to the dentist for the holes. Gum disease can make you lose your teeth. Good Luck

Their called molars or the very back are your wisdom teeth.
And you need a doctor to put caps in your mouth, or sew a stitch, and close gap if its the very back.
Quite painless, just time consuming.
but you will be able to enjoy gum chewing again, and prevent gum disease as well, stay away from sugars, it can rotten your gums, you don't want gingavitus!!
