Is pctv4me junk e-mail?

I think it would be really neat if it for real.

It is a software program that has hundreds of links to streaming media on the web form all over the world. It is not a scam, but it is not anything you cannot get yourself for free if you want to spend the time to do it. As for whether or not it is junk-mail depends on if you asked to receive it or not.
