what ever I liked in the offering most times choices are limited so no lobster or fillet minion as the place or catering server will not offer that

I would order from somewhere that has a lunch special> Get some chicken and some sides. That isn't saying you are trying to be expensive. It would be cheaper then ordering individual sandwich orders.

I wuoldn't order anything too expensive in case he doesn't offer again! A toasted sarnie with a salad/chips and probably a soft drink.

If it was my boss footing the bill, I'd order lobster and anything else I could think of that would be expensive.

I would order something simple that still sounded good...and inexpensive. You don't want them to think you're a gold-digger, bosses remember that.

or lasagna with a side of fries
