Why did He create you? He created you because He loves you and wants you to love Him. That is why He created everyone. It is not His fault if people refuse to do so. Maybe this will help.
What is Life all About?
Life is about God. God is life. God gives life to every living creature. God gave life to every human being who has ever lived, is living and will live. God is life and He gives life away to others. God gave you life so you could come to know, love, obey and enjoy Him forever. You can only do that through the person of His Son, Jesus Christ, the only true and living Lord God.
The Holy Bible in Hebrews 11:6 says “But without faith it is impossible to please him (God); for he that cometh to God must believe (have faith) that he (God) is, and that he (God) is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (God).” Parentheses mine!
You must, by faith, acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the only true and living Lord God. (Romans 10:9-10 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus {that Jesus is Lord} and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believed unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”) You must, by faith, come to know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior from all your sins. You must, by faith, admit your are a sinner needing to be saved from all your sins. (Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” and Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”) You do that by faith, acknowledging that the blood Jesus Christ shed for you at Calvary is the only thing that can forgive, remove and cleanse you from all your sins. You must, by faith, ask Jesus Christ to forgive, and remove and cleanse all your sins from you by the blood He shed for you at Calvary and, by faith, ask Him to come into your heart and life and receive Him into your heart and life to live there forever. (John l:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he the power to come sons {children} of God, even to them that believe on his name.”) By faith, you must turn from your sins to live for Him the rest of your life. By faith, you must learn to read The Holy Bible and attend a Bible teaching church to learn how to live for Him day by day. All of this is what is meant when the Lord Jesus Christ said: “Jesus answered, and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto, Except a man be born again , he cannot see the kingdom of God (go to heaven).” You were born physically into your earthly family. To go to heaven you must be born again spiritually into your heavenly family, God's spiritual family.
Remember!
Salvation is a free gift. You cannot work for it. You cannot be good enough to earn it. You must, by faith, receive it as a free gift. (“8For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9Not of works, lest any man should boast.”) Ephesians 2:8-9. This is my prayer for you today. If you never have, do this without delay. You may not have another day. Jesus Christ could come back to this earth any day now and wrap up life as we know it. Then where would you be?

Everyone is made to make choices in his life. His popularity can be made either by choosing to set a good example to the standard our society has created as morally right or going out of the ordinary way to create notoriety or an act not so acceptable to the norms people are used to see. Good and Evil are there for our choices. Both have to exist to know the difference between choosing what is right and what is not right. God made the man and man make the choices from the free will that he is given.
We have to take careful thoughts about condemning anyone if what he is doing is evil or not. Only God can have the right to that judgment.

God had his thinking cap on while he created Rory Emerald. the guy is clever, proficient, and proper. with the intention to stability the universe, God had to make a somebody tremendously much an opposite. And that develop into Paris Hilton.

Don't blame God for making these people the way they are. God simply allows us free will to make our own choices and some people have chosen to make very poor choices.
