well they all 3 cook in 7 min or under so i probly have a million differant ways to cook them. shrimp is fun, shrimp scampi is easy in a med. bowl take a cup of butter some parsley garlic salt, and garlic powder add your shrimp stir untill blended put into a hot skillet cook for about 3-5 min.just untill the shrimp is a pink color. if you over cook your shrimp it will be like chewing on rubber. scallops are about the same cooking time. season however you like hot sauce is really good with it. and it is really good to make a soup out of it. fish is my fav. you dont want too much seasoning it'll kill the naturall taste of the fish. but to broil it is fantastic. put in a bowl, lemon juice about a cup, melted butter about a cup salt and pepper to taste. put in the fish let sit about 5 min. lay on baking sheet put a slice of lemon on each piece sprinkle with a little rosemary broil it for about 5 min or untill the fish flakes apart with a fork thats when you know its done. have fun hope i was able to help or at least give you some idea on how you can season it to make it your very own.

I used to make this scallop dish, like scampi. Saute mushrooms and butter and garlic a little. Put that in a casserole dish with the scallops (bay scallops are best), and put in the oven while you boil some linguini or fettucini. Pour the scallops and butter mix over the pasta, sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan.
Really easy.

I can tell you a great way to pan sear scallops:
Start with large sea/bay scallops. Place scallops in a ziploc bag. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. (You can add any other seasonings you like.) Seal bag and marinate in fridge for about an hour.
When you are ready to sear, heat a pan over medium high heat with a little olive oil to prevent sticking. Remove scallops from bag and pat very dry. This is a very important step, the scallops need to be dry so they will form a nice brown layer.
Lay them in the pan one at a time leaving a little space between them. Sear in one place (do not move them around) for about 2 minutes. Peak at one to see if it is brown enough. Then turn them and sear on the other side. Test one of the bigger scallops to make sure they are cooked through before removing from pan.
Squeeze lemon juice over the top just before serving. Delicious!
Good luck.

I have done this with all three of the above. Place the fish, scallops, and shrimp in a shallow baking dish, top it with heavy cream, butter, fresh garlic, and salt/pepper. Place it under the broiler until the "seafood" is cooked. I usually eat with linguini or some sort of pasta.
