the court can order him by law to take the test if he further still doesnt cooperate they can have him arrested for not complying with court orders.

you are kidding right?
don't waste your time or your money.
All these people who are talking about court orders and extradition are on crack.
the idea that government should force a man to pay is a western (1st world kind of ) idea. Most other countries wont even be interested in or bothered with this kind of personal conflict if you aren't royalty of extremely rich or in a position to do something for the judge who can make a ruling.
If she is in the US she'd be much better of applying for some kind of welfare of finding some other poor smuck to father the kid.

See a lawyer he/she will know all the legal moves to get someone to give a DNA out of the USA, there may not be anything you can do since he's not a legal citizen.

You can very likely be extradited to the country in question. I would strongly recommend that you comply with court orders unless you want to do some serious explaining to your boss and/or future employers, considering your boss probably won't keep a dead beat around very long. I've known men fired for simply being late on their child support payments, by MALE bosses.

why cant you just stand up, be a man, and take responsibility for what could possibly be 50 % of your responsibility? Dont be a jackass! Just be a man! They'll get up with you one way or another. And remember, if you dont pay CS, they can bring your *** back here for jail time.
