Each one is basically different..you have to red up on it before you buy it...it goes by the height and the weight of your child..i recently was going to purchase one for my daughter but when i got to looking she wasn't tall enough & she didnt weigh enough to be in it saftly... ps.she is 5 years old...sorry i can't help any more than that.

When you bought the car seat it should have said the weight and or height limit. You can also go to a store that has booster seats and find out when the minimum weight/ height is

In most states I would say at least 30 pounds depending on the carseat. I know their is 3 diffrent ones you can get and 2 you have to be at least 30 pounds or so many inches tall and the other one is for bigger children from like 50 pounds to 100 ponds.

As long as the baby can sit up you're cool. don't leave the baby unintended though. I put my daughter in one when she was 3 months

it depends on the state. But I think in most places it is 35 lbs. You should check your state's website, or the dmv website... should be on there.
