all you hear is women pissing and moaning about never finding the right guy yet when you go to the bar your standards in men suddenly increase a thousand-fold just because you spalshed some make-up on your face and wearing your favorite mini black dress.

Even though Im a woman,I agree many women do that,but how is that being a hypocrite? Ive always wondered why women expect to meet a "right guy" at a bar anyway. There are right guys at bars but they dont live at bars and theyre not there to meet a right girl,theyre looking for the right lay for the night. When we get dolled up,we do feel better about ourselves,I already an married to my mr.right and never went looking for any guy bc it wasnt necessary but if I am ever to be single,a bar OR dolled up isnt the way to do it. Being natural and meeting at a common interest is a better way.Unless your looking for just sex.

lol. You can't apply that to every woman, but it sure as heck covers quite a few. The women you happen to be talking about are the ones that usually go after the "bad boy" types. They talk a good game, but when you get them out with a few drinks in them, they fall into the same old routine of trying to find the one guy that is usually the bad apple in the bunch. For some reason, they get it into their heads that they just might be the "right girl" to change this guy into a sweetheart. Maybe out of a hundred, one might fall into this category, but for the most part the poor girls are just wasting their time. The smart ones realize their mistake early, the other ones....well they are in their 30's and 40's still looking for the "right guy".

Not all of us are Hypocrites.
There are Hypocrites in both men and women.
I try to be honest as I can. I do not lie even if the truth hurts.
I really wish that your question said- Why are SOME women such hypocrites? Because we are not all alike and I know I'm no Hypocrite.
It sounds like you don't like women.

The odds of finding the "right" guy in a bar are very slim. Most men in bars go there to find one night stands.
Yes, we want to find the right guy but that does not mean we'll accept every invitation, we do have standards.

OOOh, you sound a bit frustrated. I'm thinking if you are trying to pick up a girl in a bar, it must just be for sex. Women can be extremely picky about choosing a one night stand. Maybe you don't look good enough for a one night stand. If that's the case, then introduce your penis to you hand. Maybe you should stop trying to pick up girls in bars and meet a nice girl and find a relationship.

I don't think dressing up and trying to look your best makes you a hypocrite it's pampering yourself. How do you go out? As far as standards well in a bar even the highest standards are not to high.

It may be that you are looking for the wrong type of women. Maybe these women aren't finding the right men because they go to bars....and bars are notorious places for meeting Mr. Wrong, not Mr. Right. (Of course, there is always an exception to the rule). Perhaps these women have problems with their self esteem and feel that cosmetics makes them "more entitled". "Ms. Right" is out there for you!! But maybe not in a bar..........................

well for one not all women are like that and not all women go to bars to fine a man or date. I am a woman and don't wear makeup or vary little.
men do the same thing about women so you are a little bit of a hypocrite yourself.

That is a bit of a blanket statement about women. Too bad you've been hanging out at bars too much. Try to volunteer or meet up with a church group--you'll find a much better crowd there.
