It's so frustrating when people call and say,"I want to come in on Sunday...blah blah blah." The messgae clearly STATES that we are closed, idiots! And then some people call again and say, "I didn't hear back from you...I don't know why...!" Freaking dumb or what? They can't get it the second time around? GRR!

People just don't pay attention. I don't have time for people like that.

Some people just don't listen. It happens on here with folks not reading questions throughly, in resturants where people don't listen to the server or read the menu, and then, obviously at your job as well. Some of those people may think that someone is listening to the answering machine once a day even when they are closed, and are trying to their by arrange a special appointment. And of course, some people are just idiots.

Many people are so tied up in their own thoughts and agendas, they forget to just LISTEN. I experience this continually at work, customers and coworkers hearing just what they want to hear rather than the entire message. Or worse, missing the point entirely. Listening is a skill that is not emphasized enough!

It's hard to comment, without hearing the message. Is it short and to the point? Oh well.
