I know there's meal replacement shakes, but they provide little to no protein. I'm looking to burn a little fat while at the same time adding lean mass. Whats a good low calorie shake that would suit my needs?

It sounds like you are lifting weights, which means you should be eating more protein than the average Meal Replacement Shake can provide.

I swear by Met-Rx Extreme Chocolate. You can by them at any GNC. I have even seen them at some grocery stores.

I am using Six Star whey protein. I drink one of these in the morning and it keeps me full until late afternoon. Check out the website at www.sixstar.com for more information. I have been using Six Star for over a year now and they have lots of protein in their drinks.

no longer possibly given which you would be able to desire to devour some thing which will a) make you extra complete and b) has foodstuff, supplementations and so on. besides to the protein. the main suitable wager is to devour a small salad alongside along with your protein shake.

You'll want slow-releasing protein, so look for "Caseine protein" or "Whey protein". They both slowly release the protein so you've got a supply overnight, its best to take it then.
