Seriously, I never met something like this before. I suggest you better ask her when you guys are cuddling, try to ask her, why did she like that, is her previous boyfriend or someone she's close to, did that to her or what. Do you love this girl? If you did love her, don't say anything about breaking up with her, try to understand what did she want and then figure out what to do with it. Want her or leave her... The decision is in your hand.
