well im thirteen and i used to play football,but now i dont....playing football gave me a six pac but i havent played since last year,what is the best ab work out with the fastest results

Weighted situps. Hold weights on your chest and do 10 situps, give yourself 15 seconds to a minute to recover, then do 10 more. Have another quick rest then do another 10. Do this a few times a week, increasing the weights after each session.

Eat plenty of protein before and after, and some tiring exercise a few times a week to lower your body fat would help.
