Ask him out to a movie or lunch. Keep making plans with him. Spend as much time as you can with him. Look at him and let him see your feelings for him through your eyes.

Its not that easy. If you tell a guy you love him and he barly knows you he might think your a wirdo and wont talk to you or ignores you. WHAT YOU DO WANT TO DO is say hi and interact with him. she what happens. if he likes you he will ask you out. or you can ask him out to a movie or something like that. dont just tell him u like him.
