Eat more fulfilling foods. Cereal is good, but make sure you are eating a high-fiber cereal like raisen bran (the kind with NO added sugar), or shredded wheat, or those blueberry mornings ones. Make sure that there is at least 4g of fiber in each serving on the package label. It is useless to eat fruit loops or other sugar cereals, you will just be craving food later. Fiber will fill you up, also foods that contain fiber have many of the vitimins and minerals and nutrition that you need to be healthy. I would also recommend having an egg in the morning or some other form of protein, maybe a strip of bacon, some cheese on bread, definitely a glass of milk, maybe some yogurt with granola and fruit in it, cottage cheese (I think it is gross, but hey, you might like it)... anyway, the protein is supposed to curve cravings and keep you more satisfied throughout the day. During the day, if you feel like you are starving all the time, eat some high-fiber foods, like an apple. You can get some protein too, have carrots and dip them in hummus. Have some cheese with your apples or pears. A banana. Or some penut butter and apples or celery sticks.
All of this SHOULD curb your appetites. Also, if you drink green tea or just lots of water in general, it should be filling you up without making you crave more foods.
Stay away from refined white flour (white bread, white pasta, processed foods like cookies or microwavable treats). Try to stay away from greasy foods too. ALSO NO SODA! Even diet soda is bad. All of those foods are poison and will make you addicted to them and will make you want more and more and more all day long! The same goes for those low-fiber cereals!
Anyway, I think those are good suggestions on how to curb your appetite while also getting proper nutrition. Good luck!

You are still growing and going to be hungry a lot. I was the same when I was a teenager. I ate a lot, but did not gain any weight because I was so active. Your metabolism is running at a high rate. You can eat a lot of food and it digests very quickly, making you hungry again a couple hours later. As you get older, things will change.

Dont skip breakfast, try to control how much you eat probably just a bowl of cereal. After 2 hours try to starve you self for a while even tho thats not so good. I tried slapping my self for eatin 2 much and slowly i cool down and lost 10 pounds. Excercise everyday, try salads, fruits instead of junk food and meat

Eat more food. Cereal isn't a particularly filling food aswell. I'd reccommend something like oats, something slow digesting and slowly releases carbohydrates throughout the day.

You should get some protein in your diet. Cereal is all starch and sugar so it digests fast and leaves you hungry too soon.
