Why do they spend all their time on their unnecessary war in Iraq when a real threat is right at their door?

Your stupid charicatures of liberals are tiring. Democrat presidents WIN wars, republicans tend to lose them. We also fight REAL threats not IMAGINED ones.

You guys need to grow up and PLEASE check previous questions before asking the same question again (7 times today). It does not matter if you are a Republican or Democratic as in most cases regardless of parties they have to do the same things. First You cannot use nukes against North Korea. Please read my previous 6 answers! Bombing Iran, North Korea would be the end. Bombing Iran would contaminate their and possible other middle East oil supplies; it would solidify the Islamic Movement it would make every other third world country turn against us (so to make sure we could not get the jump on them) we would have daily assassinations and bombing just like they have in Russia and Baghdad.

Bombing Northern Korea would be just as bad if not worse. In October 1950, China entered the Korea war and kicked our butts. They dared us to drop the atomic bombs on them. They knew their population was so large that for us to be able to put a dent in it would have caused so much atomic energy to have been expended the world as we knew it would have ceased to exist. Well, they have even more people now; we would have a hard time using nukes on North Korea, as due to their proximity to South Koreas we would be killing an ally. The North Koreas rolled over the South in 1950 but would have a harder time this time but would prevail. Japan has a non-aggression Constitution but I believe they would have to come to the aid of the South. If not and the North wins and eventually rolling over Japan. I don't think American could stop them this time, too much political correctness plus bog brother China. No, North Korea would not be someone anyone should wake up!

No, only kids, literates and that bunch of professional losers believe that garbage of aggression. Have you ever wondered why China is everyone friend and why everyone in a political situation listens to them and takes their advise?

Americans win wars, bleeding heart liberals complain about them.

Obtuseness aside, the reality is North Korea had this nuclear capability years ago, which makes invading them much more difficult than invading the backwards Iraq that we had already been at war with for over 10 years (Desert Storm never technically ended because Saddam backed out of almost all of the stipulations in the cease fire agreement.) Plus Iraq was harboring terrorists and as you may remember, President Bush vowed during his speech on September 20th 2001, to go after the terrorists whererever they are and take down terrorist states and any states that harbor or assist terrorists. Iraq was both, North Korea was neither.

Like another responder, I am bemused by the notion that a non-Republican would be a warmonger. The North Korean mess, however, is not subject to any sort of simple solution. If we are absolutely determined that NK should not have nuclear weapons, I can think of no alternative to waging war to get rid of the existing regime. But that's an expensive proposition, and (quite properly) no one in a position of responsibility is rushing into it.

Most West Coast towns are beyond hope.

The missiles would have to fall on Orange County for them to sit up and take notice

So are the liberals saying its ok for us to bomb north korea?

How many years would you have preffered for us to wait to see if saddam would allow weapons inspectors into the areas he had agreed to? Was 13 years not enough?

No. Seattle is in a 'blue' state. They wouldn't do squat about it.

Now of North Korea bombs Texas or North Dakota... well then its time to do something about it.

OK, too much in Iraq and not enough in North Korea. You won't be happy with Pres Bush no matter what he does.

They'd have to hit the off shore accounts.
Now that would stir up the old hornets.

Right now, with the exception of Alaska, NK can only reach blue states, so we're all right.
