Jesus invites us to come to Him for a rest. Read Bible and know truth.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicide attempt.)

make an appointment with your doctor they can give you something perhaps zoloft. Sounds you have some depression and anxiety. Next I'd get some counsling. It is surprising how many people suffer from these things. There is alot of info on the wed about depression, check it out you may be surprised. After you do this try simple things like an evening walk, fishing, reading or just visiting friends. best of luck

She abandoned you - and you felt/feel fearful and hurt.

1. Give yourself permission to get really pissed off!! What she did is f'ed up and selfish. Don't internalize anymore, you need to direct your feelings at where this is comming from.

2. Find a productive way to vent your anger. Physical activity is a good option. Writing is another good tool. Also find a counselor to talk to.

3. Repeat steps 1-2 until stress subsides to manageable levels.

Good luck and God Bless.

Is this something that she normallu does? Maybe she needs the time away from daily activities. What happens happens and you can resolve it when she is ready to talk.

Have your doc give you some Paxil, Zoloft, or Welbutrin. And then get into counseling.
