What did they do, send Condi to make a speech saying it was bad? Maybe the republicans should grow a pair and defend this country from REAL enemies and not create ones where we were already winning.

Clinton never GAVE or traded any nuclear technology to north korea. No reactors were built. You need to do some reading, not just listening to Right-Wing radio, they lie all the time.

No technology was ever sold to North Korea, you all must do your research on talk radio. Those were early level talks but north korea didn't do their part and didn't get any technology. Try a newspaper next time.

The Bush administration had a 6 year long policy of basically doing nothing to stop N. Korea's development of nuclear weapons. N Korea wanted to use its nuclear and missile programs as bargaining chips for trade and aid, and announced this publicly in 2002. But Bush would not negotiate, he simply declared N Korea part of the axis of evil.

Galaxy 500 has a laughable comment " At least the Republicans did not try and pay them off not to work on nukes like the dummycrats and Clinton did."

It was dumb to have such a win win choice?? US could have benefited ultimately from trade with N Korea. North Korea's economy would have boomed with some western investment, and Walmart could have filled its shelves with new N. Korean goods.. Also, N Korea has suffered famines and malnutrition. US aid and trade would have been put to good economic and humanitarian use.

Instead, what do we have? Another international crisis, another ally for Russia, and another nuclear rogue nation to worry about!

Wow, is this a question or a political rant. If you want an answer, look back to the Clinton administration and the SALE of nuclear technology to the North Koreans (those bad people, they promised to only use it for power for their people). Embedded in your question is the inference that maybe we should invade North Korea (what other response would be tougher than what the Bush administration is doing). Invasion of North Korea is not feasible with China in their back yard. If you think invading a country in the middle East pissed off the international community, then imagine what an invasion of North Korea would do. I know the Democratic Party has put this out as a talking point, but your question is intellectually dishonest. (Unless you think invading North Korea is a good idea.)

I personal think we should carpet bomb part of North Korea and tell them that the rest of their country goes back to the stone age if we don't get Kim Jung Ill's head on the end of stick by then end of the business day. But the pacifists in our society would have another excuse to gather in big protest congratulate each other for being so noble, while they all smoke pot and smell bad together. And that is as bad for the world as a nuclear strike, in my opinion.,

Ask Madeline Albright, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton who all agreed in 1993 to supply North Korea with light water reactors.

Missile tests they were failures. They equaled our best bottle rockets.
We, "USA" have nothing to fear but our friends Japan and S.Korea are in real danger.
The worst is the A.H.'s will set off another Chernobyl accident
You did not ask about today's test but the others injected it
SO:
You (dummycrats I like that :)) ) It almost noon in Calif.
Fox news and abc have been on here from 6:20am and I haven't heard any thing more that 100 tons of TNT.
Radiation test have not been announced.
Get back in your spider holes and listen to 'al jazzeer'.

Yeah, it's too bad the Clinton Administration intentionally GAVE nuclear technology to North Korea. They also gave inadvertently GAVE nuclear technology to Iran, but that's another issue.

Surprisingly, neither story gets reported by the mainstream media.

"It is normal for dummycrats to blame others for mistakes made in the past. Grow up and look at facts"

Just last week Hasert tried to blame the democrats of a smear tactic with Foley. Now, more and more evidence is coming out everyday to prove this is not a smear tactic, but a legitimate issue they tried to sweep under the rug. Clean your own closet first.

So, you would prefer-- what?--war? Or would you be complaining about that, too. Why don't you and the liberal Democrats grow a pair and use them for taking care of what needs to be done instead of abusing interns, like maybe taking back the stuff they used to make the nukes that Carter, Albright, and Clinton gave to them. Ohhhh....so it's really Clinton's mess because he and his believed that that "Elvis wannabe" of a President over there would do what he agreed to. Yeah, like Hitler told Chamberlain before he invaded Poland. You people need to recognize reality and stop pretending!

They were afraid the whining, crying Weak Sisters and their minions in the mainstream media would send up a wail of disapproval if they simply nuked Pyongyang.

So - they went the six-party talks route instead to see if the Chinese would face reality and act. Today (or soon) we will see if the Chinese are ready to rein in their psychopathic little brother or are, after all, paper tigers.

If they are, if fact, paper tigers, look for Japan to change its constitution so that its Self-Defense Forces can take offensive action offshore.

At that point, all bets are off, off, off!!!

What weak response? Condi told 'em they will have to take responsibility for their actions just like Rummy excepted responsibility for stuff that went wrong in Iraq and just look at what happened to him. Why those old North Koreans are just quaking in their boots while their spines turn to jello waiting for what 's 'gonna happen to em !!!!!!
