Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding pregnancy symptoms is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience pregnancy symptoms within a week of conception. For other women, symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all. Below is a listing of some of the most common pregnancy symptoms.
Implantation Bleeding:
Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.
Other Explanations: Actual menstruation, altered menstruation, changes in birth control pill, infection, or abrasion from intercourse.
Delay/Difference in Menstruation:
A delayed or missed menstruation is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. Many women can bleed while they are pregnant, but typically the bleeding will be shorter or lighter than a normal period. This symptom is commonly explained by other reasons. If you have been sexually active and have missed a period, it is recommended that you take a test:

The first sign of pregnancy is usually a missed period. Other symptoms of pregnancy can include tender breasts, nausea and tiredness but not everybody experiences these. If you suspect you are pregnant you should take a pregnancy test. This can be done at a clinic, or you can buy a home testing kit from most major supermarkets and pharmacies. If you use a home test kit it is important to get the result confirmed by your doctor or healthcare professional at a local clinic.
I can say from experience, I had a friend who was in labor and never knew she was pregnant. She never missed a period, didn't feel anything abnormal. My friend was in the process of about to be exrayed for back pain when they realized the babies head was crowing.
Myself I had all the symptoms but I have always had cravings for foods so I didn't realize it and I had problems with an absessed tonsil so I always had problems with nausea. Since this is a recent change, I would deffinately invest in a test or two.

If you're at that point of having morning sickness, then you probably should've missed your first period too. This is the biggest sign. Other than that, go to the store and spend the $10 on a pregnancy test. I liked the digital reading tests... They are very clear on the answer.

well i am 2 months pregnant and haven't experienced any symptoms. I still like the same foods, smells dont bother me, so I dont think that is the only thing you should go by. take a pregnancy test, or go to the doctor. Missed your period?

Prego feels like pasta sauce and preggers feels like a ailment....the two considered one of that have no longer something to do with pregnacies! anyhow, CONGRATS!!!! i'm specific you have got a pleasing, wholesome toddler. maximum suitable of needs!!!

U didn't say if u have missed periods or if u are late with your period. If that is the case, depending on how late or how many missed periods u have had, then i would suggest taking a pregnacy test. They do not cost much, u can even get them at the dollar store.

How to know if your pregnant? You go to a store and buy a pregnancy test. Take it out of the package and out of the sealed plastic wrapper. Pee on the stick and wait.
It's common sense really.

The best way to find out is to go get a home pregnancy test and pee on a stick.
