As I remember the first two days are fine, then the bruising sets in so stock up on ice cream and the likes now. You can eat anything you can chew on one side of your mouth, be carefull though as it might bleed for the next day or so so try not to irritate it.

Try mashed potatoes. When I got my wisdom teeth pulled that seemed to fill me up. Also, you should have a follow up appointment a week from when you got them pulled and they will take the stitches out then or sometimes 4-5 days after the surgery they will actually fall out. My stitches wound up falling out which the doctor said was no big deal.

I had all four pulled at once. I found that I too was starving and I ate mac n cheese one noodle at a time as it wasn't neccesary to chew and the carbs kept me full. I did that for days until they were safe to chew up different foods since I'd decided to pull all at one time, which most dentists don't do. Hope this helps.

Day 1 - Jello, ice cream, sherbet, sorbet, frozen yogurt or smoothie bars, applesauce, pudding, milkshakes...
Day 2 or 3 - scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, soups, mashed potatoes, mac 'n cheese...
For today, soft and cold...soft won't require much chewing and cold will help minimize swelling... Be sure to keep pain meds handy...when I had mine done, it wasn't too bad 'til the numbness wore off...then WOW, was I glad I filled the prescription! Good luck!

you can probably eat whatever, as long as it is soft. I would stay away from candy or anything that might get stickyness inside the hole where they took out your tooth.
aside from WHAT you eat, the important thing is to keep the hole very clean, you don't want food getting in there and having it heal up with food like under the gum you know? make sure to rinse the crap out of your mouth after you eat.

I remember after getting my wisdom's removed I could eat pretty much anything I wanted to as long as it wasn't anything sharp, like Doritos.

Try a protein shake or a smoothy from Jamba Juice.
Hang in there!

soft diet, eggs, jello soups, milkshakes, bread. Make sure you do not drink through a straw and if you need to rinse your mouth make sure you just swish in your mouth and let it "fall out", nothing that creates a suction
