One day, upon returning from a visit to a cemetery, Muhammad became very ill. He suffered for several days with head pain and weakness. Muhammad finally succumbed to his malady around noon on Monday, June 8, 632, in the city of Madina, at the age of sixty-three. He is buried in the Mosque of the Prophet in Medina.

that she put the poison in his food but he still life and little sick for 3 years until he died (peace be up on him )

This incident indeed happened. Here is the narration from the Hadith of the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
A Jewess from Khaibar had put poison in the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) food. He spat it out after taking a morsel but a disciple who had his fill died the next day. The Jewess was brought before the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) who questioned her: "Why did you do this?" "To kill you," was her defiant reply. She was told, "Allah would not have allowed you to do it." (Sahih Muslim,.)
