"I" = "Je"
"will love"= "aimerai"
"him" ="Lui" but we will move this word after the "Je" and shorten it to "L'"
"forever" = "pour toujours"

=> "Je l'aimerai pour toujours"

But the word "pour" here is not very nice so a less literal but better translation will be

"Je l'aimerai toujours"

You can make it stronger and say

"Je l'aimerai éternellement"

Je l'aimerai toujours.
or
Je l'aime et l'aimerai toujours.

First one means "I will always like him/her/it(i would use the person's name here)." second one means "I like him and will always do."
