no the young man needs to be sleeping in his own bed he right now can not deal with the divorce try getting him counsel and get him out of his father bed

Understandable situation. I hope the father has a plan in place for getting his son into his own room real soon. Personally, I hate futon mattresses for sleeping on.

maybe it doesn't sound right but even at 14 the boy may be having a hard time with this. and if he feels more comfortable with his dad then so be it. the only thing i would say is if you think there is something, or have ever felt that way then maybe mention it to the dad, about separation and letting the boy deal with things on his own.

the boy is probably feeling insecure with the whole situation of the divorce going on. in time the father needs too tell the boy that its time too get in his own bed.

the boy is old enough to sleep alone.. he should not be sleeping with his father.. he needs privacy at this age.
