Excess weight comes from getting more calories into your body than you are burning, my suggestion would be to read up a little bit on how it all works, then take action in the form of eating proper food and burning some calories.
Any fish is good for you, you dont have to eat just tuna twice a day, sounds like you will soon be off tunafish if that's all you want to eat.
I can eat 2 plates of pasta at lunch and can eat a medium sized chicken in the evening, with potatoes, bread and a litre of wine, topped up by tiramisu... how's that, I have no fat on my body, just muscles.
How do I do it?Very simple, I burn it off.
I don't burn it off -so I can eat- but I simply love swimming, cycling and doing Judo and if I don't eat I simply have no energy.
I have to have plenty of carbs or the energy gets burned off too quickly.....
you? I dunno, it depends what you do and what you eat...
my suggestion would be to read up on it, then take action in the form of eating proper food and burning some calories.
It's all in the mind, then the body always follows..

Tuna is healthy, but don't forget about whole grains and veggies! Also as the other person said (though he was rude) You do need to burn more cals than you take in to lose weight. Tuna is healthy because it is high in essential fatty acids (which can help keep your body full and performing right, protein(important if you excercise) and is relatively low in calories!
What veggies you say? Well, green dark veggies are best!
broccoli, green lettuce( not that 99 % water stuff,) sweet peas green beans, asparagus, lima beans are all great. You should also eat orange veggies like carrots and pumpkin. Basically any veggie is good, just eat it!
As for the girl that said her bf gains weight by eating tuna, yeah he probably eats it cause he is lifting weights and building muscle mass so he needs loads of protein (and he probably drowns it in mayo like you said

lose the orange juice, unless it's home squeezed, it probably has something added in terms of preservatives, sugars, salts etc. You could maybe stand to lose the sugar in the coffee, but coffee can taste terrible without sugar so it doesn't have to go. Lunch sounds fine to me, try to switch up the fruit daily, that way you are getting a variety of nutrients. Blueberries, Goji berries and the likes are great for nutrient value. Also try having some cut up vegetables (broccoli, raw capsicum, celery or carrot) Dinner sounds pretty good, rice noodles generally don't have a lot of fat, the sauce maybe could use some looking into i'm not sure on it, but it should be fine considering. Weight watchers meals should be fine, they apparently know their stuff. Tea is fine, try cutting back to have the biscuit only every second day same as above for desert, try either one day having yoghurt and one day having fruit cake and switch it up, that way it hopefully doesn't get boring, and you also cut down on overall daily calories. the walking sounds fine as well, brisk walking is a good cardiovascular workout, keeps muscle tone, and burns a surprising amount of fat! If you're up to it, you could even slowly build up the amount you walk, ei, walk 4 miles one week, then4.5 the next, then 5, and gradually as you feel you become more fit, increase until you are at a point you are pleased with. Those are just some quick suggestions, take a few, take all or take none because by itself your diet and exercise routine sounds a lot better than 80% of the country. my suggestions are just ways to improve if you are really keen to lose a little bit of weight. hope thats helpful -N

It can be good for weight loss, not if you mix it with high fat mayo!
Tuna salad is great to lose weight, its healthy and cheap.
If you are trying to lose weight do it safely, dont starve yourself as you will not acheive your goal and can affect your health.
Best thing chat to your doctor or see a nutritionalist (most health food shops can help). Balance is the key.

tuna is great for weightloss because its very healthy low in calories and high in protein, its better to eat the one in water rather than the one in sunflower oil because it has fewer calories.
you can loose up to a pound a day but you still have to eat a balance of other foods to loose weight and keep it off.

Yes, you will loose weight, how much depends on excercise, and the type of body that you have meaning ( I could not put weight on if it killed me)try putting on yogurt on Special K and or cheerios, that in itself is healthy. Just stay away from the mayo.
