Well if he's not telling you anything then why don't you make the first move, since you do like him. Maybe he's just overly shy. Does he know that you like him? If he doesn't, he probably didn't want to say anything because he didn't want to embaras himself. Just go up to him and start talking to him about anything then slowly go into the subject that you like him.

It sounds like you need a "go-between" - someone you can trust who will try to get him to speak up and come forward to you.
Also, when talking to him on your own, keep the conversation light & happy (never get too forward or you'll scare him away or embarass him) & show him that you are very comfortable and fun to be around. NEVER be too obvious with either approach, though.

but how do you know if he has crush on you, has he actually told you. But if he is giving you signals don't hesitate to send him back but dont be too forward
