for a crash diet should i just stick with only salads and water??

Just lose your water weight. That is try to sweat and you can lose 6 or 7 pounds in like 3 days. But be careful. Don't dehydrate yourself. And if you decide to get it back ( Like say your only losing it for a dance or something) you can just drink water.

I don't think there is a way to lose weight in 6 days, but if there was, wouldn't that be awesome??

well there is no HEALTHY way to loose weight in that kind of time, but yeah. salads and water, maybe some smoothies are good.
