1.5 miles would take me about 10 minutes. The average man, of all ages I would guess about 13 minutes.

Average man is really abstract.

Ideally, a healthy man aged between 18-55 should be able to do it with 10-15 minutes

My personal best for a 5K is 23.5 min. I think I can run a mile under 7 min. So I'd say 11 min.

I think about 15 min's depending on the man (average these days is overweight, so you should post an age).

Roger Banister ran 1 mile in 4 mins.so let's say 6mins but for the averag man let's make it 10.
