Cardio will burn fat right off if you do it for more than 30 minutes. Also, drink a lot of water. Instead of 8 glass drink at least 12. Carry a water bottle with you every where and just keep refilling it. When you are full hydrated the fat will melt off quicker. For food I suggest one pack or oatmeal of grits for breackfast and healthy choice or lean cusine frozen meals for lunch and dinner. Skip all carbs 4 hours before bed time.

You can try a variety of diets like the juice diet etc and they will work.Bout it is best to go for permanent loss by regular healthy eating

For me, the best way I lost weight was my cutting back, drinking only water, and not eating after 6 or 7p.m. Coffee in the morning cuts your appetite, and don't forget a little exercise.
