Just wondering, I know having children vaginally really affects things down there. But I'm trying to lose a little weight and I've heard that drinking the required 64 to 80 ounces of H20 per day is a good way to do so but I'm in the bathroom constantly it seems like.

I'm using the Cambridge Diet, which also requires drinking my daily allowance of water, and I'd say my average time between bathroom breaks after 1 child via c-section is apx 20 minutes. LOL! For more info about drinking your water to assist with weight loss see the link below and go to "Success Tools". There's a PDF called "Water Works" that's really insightful.
