i have a samsung 42"rear projection tv.it was moved from sitting room 2 my bedroom some time back but it wont work at all it turns on and you think it will start 2 show the picture then turns off after.i have looked at manuel and it says 2 clean filter and i have and it still dosent work and the temp in room is ok 2 helllpppp

Until April of this year I was the senior warehouseman at Comet in Chesterfield and handled dozens of these things.
You have to treat them like babies. If you bang them, or you pick them up too violently, you can disturb the bulb in its casing. You've got little option now but to call an engineer I'm afraid, and in the worst case you may have blown the bulb or broken the casing. At the service centre we had, at one time, 47 rear projection tellies all with the same problem. I presume you weren't told about this when you bought it.

Dude your bulb is probably bad. Chect that out samsung usally has a lamp button on the front in the round button.
