I will describe what it looks like:

It is a yellow, oblong tablet with P460 imprinted on it. No other imprint found. That's all the info I have.

If it were white, it would look like an Exedrin, but again, it is yellow. Anyone have a clue what kind of pill this may be?

I have went online to "ID this Pill" and other similar sites but no luck. I am very concerned how it got there, especially with kids riding in my car, you know? Thanks guys! Dee

Take it to your pharmacist and they should be able to ID it.

You could go to a library and look the pill up in the Physician's Desk Reference (PDR). They have a picture section with pretty much any drug.

A pharmacist may work, but if the pill is a controlled substance, you may end up in jail.

Also keep in mind, that some illegal drugs are sold in home-made pill form. That being said, there is a good chance it may be some over the counter harmless medicine.

One last thing: Are you sure these are the correct markings? It may be hard to read those small letters sometimes.

Well there is another website that you can check out called rxlist.com. You can go there and enter the id found on the pill and it can tell you all the other characteristics of the pill to help identify it and others like it.

The "P" might also give a clue as to whom the manufacturer may be, like Phizer, but maybe not them, but there are others. Good Luck.

Hope I helped. If that doesn't help and pharmacist may be able to help better.

may I suggest that you consider transporting it to your local pharmacy.they will be able to identify it much quicker than anyone here your identification of the pill is not good enough and may need to be look up in a PDR by a expert who knows how to find it in the PDR DO NOT TAKE IT TO YOUR DR OFFICE OR A EMERNCY ROOM (Man that just wasted time)
contrary to popular believe they will not have a A clue what your pill is and will have to sent it off to be ID and your going to be charged a visit and do you know where they are going to sent it dont you the pharmacy so walk doown there yourseft and get it for free man

My canines is extremely vehicle ill too. We have been given her at a 365 days old from a rescue, so do no longer understand her history, and we've had her a 365 days. She is extra suitable now than she replaced into interior the motor vehicle; we spray the canopy she sits on with Bachs Rescue therapy spray, that's a organic calming spray. you will get it at Boots and massive supermarkets, it quite is approximately £6. We never provide her something to devour or drink formerly she is going interior the motor vehicle, she is often ill if we do. We take her on very short journeys, constantly with a beneficial walk on the top, just to get her used to the motor vehicle, yet even now she starts off drooling as we get interior of one hundred yards of the motor vehicle. My little ones have been constantly vehicle ill too - perhaps its the way I stress! :-)

Call your local poison control center (number is in the front of every phone directory - or call the operator "0" and get the number that way) and give them the description.

Do NOT rely on what people may tell you here if they try to identify it!

Take it to a local pharmacy to be identified. Be aware even if it is a prescription drug kids may be using it to get high.

Go to the local Pharmacy and ask them as they will be able to tell you and dispose of it for you if you don't need it.
