Ramadan...?

Question

Salamu alaikum. I made this question before and no Muslim replied, so I am trying my luck again today during Ramadan to see if a Muslim help us all understand.

Given that Islam is a peaceful religion, why peaceful Muslims do not demonstrate against radical extremists that use Islam name to justify their terrorist attacks?

I am making this question with all due respect, with a sincere interest in understanding you guys better. My intention is not to offend anyone, so I shall be grateful if non-Muslims refrain from answering this question. Thank you.

walaikumassalam, I feel sad that the violent people do not realise that Fasting is of the five pillars of Islam and violence makes the fast useless, the Jiahd that they refer to is incorrect in the first place and secondary to the five requirements of being a Muslim too. All we can do is to do our best in this month, gain the discipline from this month that Allah has told about, pray for these violent people to see the light and hope for the best, peace

The sad reality is that the large majority of Muslims are in no way supporting these men who pervert the name of God, to support their own means.
I whole heartily condemn those bastards who kill innocents in under the facade of religion.
when such atrocities occur, we do speak out, but our the majority of the time, our voices are not heard, and instead we see men with long beards and women resembling post boxes shouting and rioting, flashing all over the TV screens. Also, when we constantly try to make people understand that Islam is a religion of peace, we are labeled as Muslim Apologists.

I am Muslim and I do not agree with the extremist...or their actions...but what people see on television is what they believe...media repeats one thing over and over again trying to prove we are this or that...thats a few people that beleive that...and how can we stop them...fly over there and what?

If our president cant do jack...what makes you think we can...just because we dont say how horrible it is and make signs and drive around...doesnt make us support them either...

Why dont the Cathloics say anything to the Pope or the priests that molest the alter boys? Does that mean you agree with that? I should hope not...

Islam means Peace...its states in the Quran that we dont show force to spread the word of Islam...every religion has followers that take things to the extreme. What about Waco, Texas where he thought he was Jesus...did we call all Christans bad because of that NOPE!

We beleive what we are fed to believe...we believe things cuz its easy...of course Muslims are protrayed as bad people because thats what Bush wants...and although most Americans dont believe that they dont want to challange it...cuz its just easier to go with the flow...

This country used to be the best place to live because of the freedom...the idea of the melting pot...what happend to that...?

This 12 months however I in all opportunities are high high only not fasting as my toddler is due a pair of months formerly this is using initiate up. i attempted to quickly final time i replaced into breast feeding and my milk went thddddddddddd. yet alhumdillah there is a lot extra to Ramadan then only fasting, as you have published mashaAllah. If you are a western one, so you are excused, and it appears to me so.

What I wanna say is that every average Muslim knows very well that those people you referred to in your question are totally wrong, only if you wanted those who attack the peaceful citizens in their countries or even in our Islamic countries, as to people in Palestine for example are defending their lives, their children's, wife's and defending their land as well.

you will never understand the true beauty of thier religon an what it realy means.yeah there is terroist but not all of the asian community agree with that.and it makes me sick that people of the english community blame all asians for bombin.the reason you haven't had any reply is becoz its ramadam an there not allowed to text or reply its a time of respect an religon.
