i had tore my ring finger flexor tendon about 14 years ago... i know i should have done something about it then, but i was 15 yrs old....now being 30, i want to do something about it cause it sucks not being able to bend my ring finger! Any info will help..and thanks a bunch in advance.

Consult a surgeon. Most of these procedures can be done in the MD's office. It would be similar to a "trigger finger release"
