1st visit to NYC & have a reservation at The Belvedere for a Tues - Fri. Is this a good hotel & location?

Any other hotel suggestions? Would like to be near Times Square...but not necessarily in it. Thanks.

Didn't stay there but met people who have during my visit to NYC. It's on the edge of Times Square and the couple of people I met had a good opinion of it.

People seem to like it.

It's between 8th. and 9th. Avenue on 48th. St., close to Times Square. Good location, easy access to subways, buses and touristy stuff.
