Moore's marinade is the best for Steak...if you cannot find...it basically has.
Soy Sauce, Garlic(chopped), worchester sauce salt/pepper to taste and I like to add some store bought Italian dressing. Marinade for 30-min to a few hours (room temp)...

Mustard goes with both, although honey and mustard would go better with chicken than steak. You can loosen the mustard/honey & mustard by adding a little white wine, and perhaps some chopped spring onions/crushed garlic, salt & pepper. You can then use this as the base for your sauce, by re-heating with a bit of stock, reducing, then adding cream at the end or a knob of butter.

You want easy, I got easy.
Put the chicken, steak, pork chops or fish in a ziploc bag.
Pour in enough soy sauce to cover them.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Throw them on the grill and enjoy.

Grab youself a bottle of vinegar and oil salad dressing, any brand will do, it will make a great marinade for anything. It's cheap, it's easy and it's easily available and most of all it works. That's what I use.

Any salad dressing, bottled or home-made, makes great marinades. Add cilantro, as much as you like.

a cheap italian salad dressing is awesome on chicken. I also use it on my steaks. The vinegar makes the meat more tender.
I hope you enjoy
